This site is intended only for manuscript submission and monitoring the status of submissions prior to publication, including the peer review, revision, and editorial processes.
Manuscript Submission Instructions (Click to Expand)
- Account Creation or Log In
- New Authors: Please set up a new account by filling out the registration form. Ensure that you check the "Author" role box during this process.
- Returning Authors: You can sign in directly using your existing username and password.

- Initiating a New Submission
- Access your author dashboard and click on the "Make a New Submission" button.
- Write down the full title of the manuscript.
- Select a section corresponds to the manuscript
- Carefully read and check the boxes to confirm your compliance with Media Konservasi's submission checklists and privacy consent statements.
- Click the Begin submission button
- Entering Manuscript Metadata
- Input your manuscript details, including the full title, abstract, keywords, and reference list.
- Add the complete profiles for all co-authors (full names, institutional affiliations, active email addresses, and ORCID IDs if available) accurately.
- Uploading Files
- Upload your primary manuscript file (please ensure that all author identities are completely removed from the file properties and text if the journal follows a double-blind peer review process).
- Upload any required supplementary files, such as the Author Declaration Form or Ethical Clearance certificates (if applicable).
- Verify that all uploaded files strictly adhere to the official JPSL formatting guidelines and template.
- Reviewing Submission Details
- Double-check all entered information and uploaded documents before finalizing your submission.
- Make any necessary corrections or edits to the metadata at this stage.
- Finalizing and Submitting
- Once you have verified that all information is correct, click the "Submit" button to complete the process.
- An automated confirmation email will be sent to the corresponding author immediately upon successful submission.
