Albacore is a scientific journal of the Department of Fisheries Resource Utilization (PSP), Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences (FPIK), Bogor Agricultural University (IPB). This journal continues the PSP Bulletin, which was launched from 1992 to 2013. From 2017 to 2024, it is scheduled to publish three (3) publications per year (February, June, and October), with ten (10) articles per issue. In 2025, the journal will begin publishing four (4) publications per year (February, May, August, and November), with fifteen (15) articles per issue. This journal's articles cover the results of fisheries and marine research on aspects of exploitation and exploration technology, shipping and navigation, fishing ports, occupational safety, fish behavior, regulations, legislation, and policies, general fisheries resource management, and maritime transportation. The manuscripts published in this journal come from research or academic reviews from various universities, government institutions and observers of the problems of managing capture fisheries resources and maritime transportation in Indonesia. |
