Welcome to the new online submission system of Jurnal Fitopatologi Indonesia (JFI). This website serves as the official platform for manuscript submission and monitoring the editorial process, including peer review, revisions, editorial decisions, copyediting, proofreading, and publication.

📢 Important Announcement

Jurnal Fitopatologi Indonesia has migrated to a new Online Submission System.

Effective 1 July 2026, all new manuscript submissions must be made through this website. The previous OJS platform is no longer accepting new submissions. Authors with manuscripts submitted before the migration should continue to monitor their submissions through the previous system until the editorial process is completed.

Manuscripts submitted before the migration will continue to be processed in the previous OJS until the editorial process is completed.

Prepare Your Submission

Please ensure that:

  • Your manuscript follows the Author Guidelines and journal template.
  • All required submission documents are complete.
  • The manuscript has not been submitted or published elsewhere.
  • All authors have approved the submission.

How to Submit Your Manuscript

Step 1. Register or Log In

  • Create an account if you are a new user.
  • Returning users can log in using their registered account.

Step 2. Start a New Submission

  • Click "Start a New Submission" from your Author Dashboard.
  • Read and confirm the submission requirements.

Step 3. Enter Manuscript Information

  • Enter the manuscript title.
  • Provide the abstract.
  • Add keywords.
  • Complete all author information and affiliations.
  • Fill in all required metadata.

Step 4. Upload Required Files

  • Upload the manuscript.
  • Upload the cover letter
  • Upload supplementary files (if any).

Step 5. Review Your Submission

Please review all information and uploaded files carefully before proceeding.

Step 6. Confirm and Submit

Click Submit to complete the submission. A confirmation email will be sent automatically to the corresponding author.

Track Your Manuscript

After submission, authors can monitor the progress of their manuscript through the Author Dashboard. The editorial process includes:

  • Initial Editorial Assessment
  • Double-Blind Peer Review
  • Revision
  • Editorial Decision
  • Copyediting
  • Proofreading
  • Publication
